Commercial Property Marketing

Developed a series of bold, visually engaging information memorandums for Aston Commercial, with the aim of redefining traditional real estate collateral. The design approach intentionally broke from convention, creating a distinctive visual identity in a competitive market. While based on a flexible layout structure, each memorandum was individually styled to reflect the unique character and narrative of the featured property. Strategic use of infographics introduced a playful yet practical element, enabling key information to be communicated clearly and instantly, enhancing both usability and visual impact. The scope also included supporting marketing EDM's and social media.​​​​​​​
