Delivered comprehensive design and branding for a portfolio of commercial properties across Melbourne’s metropolitan area. The project unified four distinct yet complementary assets into a cohesive campaign, strategically leveraging their collective value while highlighting each property's unique selling features. The result was a sophisticated and streamlined presentation that maximised buyer interest and potential leads for the selling agents. Deliverables included custom logo design, information memorandum, EDMs and social media.
