Design and branding for a premium commercial development featuring 32 office/warehouse spaces in Thomastown, Melbourne. Aimed at investors, local tradespeople and small business owners, the campaign delivered a bold, urban aesthetic that reflected the character of the area. The branding combined modern, clean graphics with strong architectural cues to appeal to a new generation of entrepreneurs seeking flexible storage, showroom or office solutions. The result was a distinctive brand presence that positioned the development as a smart, future-focused investment opportunity. The project scope included logo and brand development, information memorandum, site and floor plan illustrations, site signage, EDMs and social media tiles.
